I swear when I started reading this I thought I was about to get a elliptical for the low. But congrats on beginning your journey!! Start out with what your body can handle and work your way up…inside of the workout. Then, use that as a way to gauge your baseline to be able to push yourself past on for your next workout. I like just setting the incline hella high and then keeping it uncomfortably high for about 5 minutes at a time.
