Ok so fitness and keto for me has been stalling my weight loss. I’ve lost 35 lbs in one year and have not broken the stall. I began to stall when I started back into my fitness regimen. I do Hiit training. I tried Weights for 2 months and bottomed out so quite. Now I’m trying classes at the gym with body bump (weight lifting), cycle and hiit and switching it up hoping this helps? 60 min classes I also want to start swimming again. Any advice?!? Maybe I need to change macros? Help pls!

I have stalled on my weight because I am coming close to the lowest weight I have been since high school but I am still losing inches!

Interestingly I’ve had a similar experience… I actually freeze weight loss with intense workouts, it seems. Doesn’t mean body comp is not changing. But I seem to drop actual weight best with very light, gentle workouts and eating carefully.

You may not be eating enough with all of that exercise.

It’s possible that you are not eating enough for the level of activity you are doing. I also note that you are counting net carbs which means your carbs could actually be too high for your metabolic condition. I would suggest counting total carbs and not going over 20 per day. For your height 75 g of protein is a tad high, but with all the working out you’re doing it is the high-end of your range of 50-80 g of protein for your height. You may also consider increasing the fat a little bit since you’re so active.

I think if you enjoy working out and you are being successful at it then keep at it. This lifestyle is not about being skinny it’s about being healthy and happy!
