Okay I know smoking is horrible and wish I would’ve never started.. but since I started my journey to a better me I decided to stop smoking after I get used to my new diet.. I can only face one battle at a time..but since my diet I’ve noticed I smoke more!!! I have heard of quitting and snacking. but have never heard this discussed anyone here noticed the same? Has anyone here defeated both battles simultaneously? Tips tricks appreciated
I’m in the same boat. I find myself craving cigarettes more now that I’ve started dieting.
I do a plank, wall pushups, Superman’s, something I can do pretty much anywhere. It helps, doesn’t take the cravings completely away but it helps.
