|Okay so i have pretty good muscle mass in my legs but want to lose some tummy and tone everywhere else and I know I cant spot reduce. I’m getting frustrated in trying to figure out how to keep my muscle/curves and lose fat so im tempted to just lose weight and whatever that entails (even muscle) and build back up again.

|Keep lifting heavy and doing HIIT cardio. Remember you build the body you want so how your body looks is going to reflect the work you’re putting in. If you wanna keep ya curves, lift heavy, wanna slim the tummy down… thats straight up nutrition and cardio. Its the basics, and you know the basics. Eat super clean|
