|Okay so i have surgery coming up in November if i cant tighten my skin and lose an extra 30 lbs.
My miscarriages caused my stomach skin to be loose and i havent been able to tighten it all the way.
I was at 315 lbs sept of 2015 i am now at 254 lbs and haven’t been able to go under.
My major goal is 200 lbs.
I really dont want to get surgery to be honest.
Any tips and advice helps.
|Sounds like possibly too much cardio. Cardio burns fat fast and that’s it. For stomach you need to replace the fat with muscle. Building the muscle first will help pull and tighten the skin. There’s a bunch of ab/core workouts you can do at home. Google will be a great resource. Here’s a few. Good luck love|
