Okay so I just did Ab Intervals. I’ve notice it is extremely difficult for me whenever I do ab workouts on the floor involving my lower abs… Tailbone hurts bad and idk if it’s from 2 C-section. . But my lower abs just aren’t there. So frustrating!!!!!

I find it very hard to keep my back flat and arching it is incredibly damaging- modify the modifier as much as you need to. It will come with time.

I’m doing postpartum rehab this time (5th babe) to get back my core. Look up transverse abdominis and modify or substitute exercises during the video until younbuild back your core. My PT told me this takes 6-8 weeks to retrain and restrengthen BTW….

I am right there with you! I also had 2 c sections and my abs are sooooo weak…. There’s no way I can do the “v hold”…. I’m flopping all over the place.

I get this too. Not had a chance section but have had 3 babies and pretty sure it destroyed my lower abs.

My tailbone hurts too so I just put a folded towel underneath or place my hands under my butt cheeks and that seems to help. Maybe try that? Or a small pillow may work too.
