Okay so I just did Ab Intervals. I’ve notice it is extremely difficult for me whenever I do ab workouts on the floor involving my lower abs… Tailbone hurts bad and idk if it’s from 2 C-section. . But my lower abs just aren’t there. So frustrating!!!!!
I’m doing postpartum rehab this time (5th babe) to get back my core. Look up transverse abdominis and modify or substitute exercises during the video until younbuild back your core. My PT told me this takes 6-8 weeks to retrain and restrengthen BTW….
