Okay so I’m starting my diet today , Ive went and got a lot of fruit, not really a lot of vegetables because I don’t like them . I’m hungry I only drank a NAKED drink and ate a banana today , I need something to make me not eat as much . What else do I need to do ? I’m only 17 and I’m new to this . Should I buy a scale right now ? My grandma said don’t because the scale would bring me down

You don’t necessarily have to eat less but in moderation every 2-3 hours
