Okay, so I’ve been clean eating for a couple weeks now with no cheating. Been trying to stay on Keto. Anyways, tonight I’d thought I’d treat myself with some fries. I only ate a few. About a half an hour later, TMI but I had extreme stomach pains, felt really nauseous and had diarrhea. Like I was crying that’s how bad I hurt. Anyone experience this? Is this normal?
I started keto almost 3 weeks ago now and have not eaten potatoes, breads, fruits, processed or fast foods since. I have felt good but I would imagine if I added fried that my stomach would react in a similar manner since it is not accustomed to it anymore. From the sounds of it, it’s not worth trying to add foods back in on occasion.
