Okay so I’ve been doing awesome and finally got down to 142lbs. But this past weekend I di bad and literally over like 3 days gained 5 lbs. So yesterday I got back to working out and running and back to eating right. I was expecting today to see a drop….but I GAINED! AGAIN! How did that happen?!

Muscle weighs more than fat. Don’t focus on the number on the scale. Go by the inches you loose and how good you feel.

Don’t worry so much about the number on the scale day to day! I always recommend to just check it once per week and see the significant drop when it happens!

Measure inches, how your clothes fit, and take progress pics! It’s a much better way of determining improved body composition!
