Okay y’all I need help! I was doing really good with the dieting, & actually lost my appetite and was eating maybe twice a day etc… But my fiancé birthday was this past weekend with lots of eating out, cake, etc. I started to get back on track Monday and I don’t have the drive anymore- like I lost it that fast. I’ve been giving in so easy.. eating fast food, fried food etc because I’m craving it so much, and I’m SO hungry. Went to the doc today and I’m up 2lbs weighing at 176. What can I do? Also, I work 3pm-11pm and the night eating is what is really getting me! How can I keep from getting so hungry ? Any supplements to help ? Any advice ? I’m getting really discouraged! I was doing SO good And it only lasted 2 weeks

You can do it. What’s your WHY? If you don’t have a strong WHY, it won’t drive your HOW! Spend some time today honing that why….post it all over your house.

If you only eat twice a day, your body will hold on to all those calories.

Plan your meals.
Lean meats and veggies.
Lots of water.
No sugar, eat fruit.
