 I made it a habit of drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 6 or more oz of water,raw honey (or stevia), and a pinch of cayenne pepper every time i worked graveyard shift. I’d follow that with a bottle of water. Pretty soon my appetite at that time of night was nonexistent. My friend made it into a hot tea and it tasted WAY better.

Protein – just enough to get you by, look forward to breakfast and go to bed
