On low activity /off days, do you decrease your total calories protein and then increase it again based on your energy expenditure? Or do you try to keep it at a constant??

As far as caloric cycling, I personally keep my calories at a fixed number for the week. That being said, we’re all quite different-so you could try both approaches and see what works best for you.

I don’t do long distance running but do weights and I mix it up to depending on how I feel. Usually either the day of or day after working out I’ll eat more. I usually IF on days I don’t work out but it changes.
