5g heavily planted with live plants. Set up over 6 months. 0 ammonia,
0 nitrites, 10 nitrates. Sponge filter. Temp 80f. Fed a few bug bites
crumbs once or twice a day with frozen brine, mysis or bloodworms
once or twice a week. Female. No other occupants but 1 or 2
bladder snails, which are doing fine.

You can try epsom salt baths. I had a dumbo pineconing and that made it clear up. You can also try cupping her and using Betta Revive or something similar.
