For me it usually takes a week or week an a half to see the weight start comin up. Also, 10 grams a day isn’t loading. I load with 20 grams a day for four days, then 10 grams daily for maintenence. Make sure you cycle it too, because taking in that much creatine with no cycle could damage your liver.
Give it a week. May take less or more time, but at least give it a week.
Puh-leeeze with the “20 grams a day could damage your liver” nonsense! Big Cat refuted that notion citing a study in one of the … hmmmmm … seems like 30 separate threads on Creatine we’ve seen in the last 2 weeks.
