Only done my first week of the diet. Not doing so hot. It may have to do with my weird shifts at work. But I’m really snacky. Are there “free “ vegetables i can snack on or eat that doesn’t count towards macros?

Pretty much all raw green vegetables are all you can eat… they’re low in calories and high in fiber so by the time you’ll feel full you’ll have consumed something like 25 calories

peas, and broccoli are my go to. Plus they have protein to keep you full
