Deep squat at 150lbs 5×5 . Outside right knee hurts …. anyone had same experience ? Ligaments ?
It could be from IT band irritation. In my case it turned out to be a torn lateral meniscus.
It might be a simple of foot positioning did you try moving your foot / toe in or out just a little.
It could also be your putting more weight on your right leg, make sure your weight is distributed evenly.
