I exercise everyday and eat right but my only concern is that I sleep a lot can oversleeping have a bad effect on losing weight or gaining muscles?

I’m thinking it’s better to oversleep than under sleep. Maybe u gets very tired since u exercise a lot. I noticed that I sleep well and soundly since i eat well and exercise a lot and think the sauna contributes to the sleeping as well. Sometimes i never wake up at all during the night.

From what I know u need 8 hours of sleep a day.

That’s good.. Just workout harder when you do it. Because u has a lot of energy, cuz u sleep a lot.

That’s when you will get good results if you workout and u don’t have sounds sleep u will get good results.
