SO GUYS IS IT NORMAL TO FEEL SHARP PAINS LIKE NEEDLES IN MY ABDOMINAL SINCE I’VE STARTED EXERCISING OR SOMETHING IS WRONG?
Its normal as your body is responding to the gym soon you will be used , remember , practice makes perfect
Would recommend you do 15min warm up run+strech and warm down,massage your self to ease the pain with rubbing oil/vaseline

With time those pain will replate keep up the spirit
And dont start with complecated Activities , it will be as though having a five year old child carry a.fifty kg weight. So start with much simple activities then you can progress to much complecated ones
