Guys please help. I can’t do the Plank exercise for 60 seconds successfully. My lower back aches so much.What could be the problem?

60 secs is too much for a beginner. Start as low as 10- 15 secs along with other abs exercises to build up your core strength.

When i was starting, finishing 20 secs was an issue but as i continued i gained massive strength and now i can hold up to 3 mins. The reason you feeling pain is that your core is still weak to handle isometric stress.
