I have a question for everyone – I keep seeing “a well planned plant based diet is best..” etc. Yet if you try to over
plan with the China Study series of cookbooks you will keep finding they say that nutrient content isn’t something to get
too specific on and to just eat a variety of whole foods. So what is a “well planned” plant based diet? I try to just try
as many new recipes as I can as often as possible, but in no way is my meal plan strategic.
