Plantar fascia pain does anyone have things they are doing so they can keep jumping? I used KT tape gave some relief.
Roll it out with a tennis or lacrosse ball.
Massage with thumbs at bedtime and mornings before standing. Stay away from hard bottom shoes and heels for a while. Stretch that tendon as often as you can.
Put a couple of plastic disposable water bottles in the freezer, then use them as rollers so you doing and ice massage on the bottom of your feet….. I had it bad, and that did the trick!
I had a tenex procedure done on my left foot and it fixed the problem.
You need to stretch your calves out. You can also take the handle of a regular silverware knife and run it back and forth across the fascia to break up the tissue.
