Just curious if anyone else drinks the liquid from cooking their greens or beets, AKA pot liquor?
I some times poor it over brown rice. I also some times toss a beet into my crock pot with beans.
I eat this diet constantly so I’m always finding new twist and ways to eat it
I drink the pot liquor from broccoli. Tastes like veggie broth to me. I think it tastes better than tea. It’s soothing to me in a way tea isn’t.
