Probably a stupid question but if I eat right and work out, can I still drink a Dr Pepper a day and lose weight?? I’m on anxiety and depression meds and the dr thinks that all the water I’m drinking is flushing it out of my system so quickly.
As long as you’re in your calories intake for the day you should be ok. Pop does have a lot of carbs and sugar in it so be careful there. When I started my weight loss journey, I decided I wouldn’t give up anything, just have it in moderation and make sure I stay in my calorie range.
I limit myself to one Pepsi a day. It’s one thing I haven’t been able to cut. When I try it makes me crave abs want to eat more. So I stick to my one and call it good. Just be aware it takes away calories from other snacks and treats you could enjoy instead. And also, caffeine boosts metabolism. So everything in moderation!
