Question about calories!! If your goal calorie intake is 1200 daily.. What’s the least amount you should take in? I don’t want to eat too little.
No less than that. Exercise. It’s about eating good food. Not so much calories.
1200 is the least recommended amount.
I’ve read anything under 1100 calories is putting your body in starvation mode. It may work to lose weight but your body is not getting the fuel it needs.
