Question, what are the differences between doing for example 3 sets of 10 dumbell press then doing 3 sets of 10 chest fly or doing 1 set of 10 dumbell press into 1 set of 10 flies then repeat that 3 times ?

 Usually i do supersets of them. Do dumbell bench to dumbell flies

Dumbbell Bench Press is a compound movement which recruits your shoulders, triceps and chest to perform the movement. Chest fly`s are isolation exercises where the main goal is to completely isolate the chest, however poor form often leads to the recruitment of the biceps.
