Is there a study showing relation of fruit consumption to Triglycerides while following WFPBNO way of eating? I’m aware of Dr E’s recommendation but looking for studies/data to provide to our plant based cardiologist.

I thought it was common knowledge. Not everyone is impacted but my triglycerides shot up with 6-8 servings of fruit. Both Esselstyn and McDougall said to cut back to 1-2 a day. In 6 weeks my triglycerides dropped 80 points.

Don’t know studies. My research re fructose from fruit bottomline is 25 mg per day limit; 15 mg for folks with insulin or sugar issues
Plus sweeteners are out including agave and stevia which can produce insulin spike.
PS Magnesium helps with sugar cravings.
