Love NOCOW bars. Although I feel like they’ve changed the recipes . I’ve been eating them for a few yrs now and they don’t taste like b4. I like sunwarrior, or gain and especially plant fusion PP. Haven’t tried conscious although sounds good.
Make this protein shake:
2 servings of protein flax milk
2 servings of soy milk
2 servings of protein powder
2 servings of peanut butter powder
1 can of white beans
3 table spoons hemp seeds (ground)
3 table spoons China seeds (ground)
1400 calories and 143 grams of protein. Eat as 4 servings throughout the day.
