Right now my goals are 150g protein, 50g fat, 100g carbs at 1400c a day. Cutting phase. I'm finding it extremely difficult to get enough protein while staying in my caloric limit. Any advice?

Data points to. 8 to 1.2 grams of protein per pound for maximum hypertrophy. For me, that means 180 to 280 grams per day.
