It depend on wat ur eating dear,I WL advice u 2 reduce oily food and sugar n eat much of fibre,fruits n vegg n a glass off warm water b4 u eat
helpfull what about warm milk instid of warm water
Keep doing cardio.
Change eating style.
You will be supprised how you will be.
You can spend years at the gym… But if u cant control wat goes n ur mouth…. Waste of time….
