Do some of you use an app to get back to running ? Doing a 10k is one of my goal and I would love to train to reach it!
I use 10K runner. It starts you at the very beginning then you get to 5k then continue onto 10k
Yeah you can use the C25K type apps on treadmills too. It’s the same thing except you slow it down and speed it up as needed. That’s what I use on my incline trainer
