Should I be taking time off ?

Looking for advice. I work out 5 days a week, for about 40 mins during my lunch hour. I do weights Monday Wednesday Friday and row in between days. My elbows ache and I also have shoulder pain ( I don’t do shoulder press any more ) Should I be taking time off ?

I would suggest also looking at the exercises that are causing you pain and start finding different ways to work around or cut back on the intensity.
