side effects of supplements

I only took one dose of the supplement, as I had read previous that side effects are common, so start slow.

I took the single dose on Thursday. I have had achy joints, that coincidentally passed after eating salmon the next day. But it moved to very sore muscles, and extreme deep sleeping, and very heavy drowsiness. I cant shake it.

What can I do to get reset to 0 and try to start this process over?

Sounds like a methyl trap. Stop and start on Global Healing B-12 drops with 80% Methylcobalamin/ 20% Adenosylcobalamin FIRST. Introduce Methylfolate later on.

Niacin can cause flushing tho.sometimes even the no-flush too
