How did skipping rope helps u lose weight?
sum1 told me to use it every morning before everything.
It’s 100% effective…more like jumping jack if you don’t have slipping rope.
Try skipping rope 300 in the morning and 300 in the afternoon. Then in 3 or 4 days you can maybe do 1200 per day.
It’s a total body work out, means every part of your body is burning fat.
