Every time after I eat a heavy meal I sleep… are there any bad side effects on the body if I do that?
You’re applying for unwanted weight gain. We eat for fuel, therefore your heavy meal should be at breakfast or lunch.

Eat Heavy Meals in the Morning, Gradually reduce the size towards dinner…Or you will keep gaining Mass.
