So does consuming sugar throw you out of Ketosis or is it just eating too many carbs? What if the sugar consumption did not throw your carbs over? Ok I ate a damn brownie!
Try to avoid sugar at all costs. The more you avoid it, the less cravings you get for it!!
Sugar and carbs are basically the same thing (there are different forms).
Eating sugar and high fat is not good for you even if you stay within your 20 carbs or not it is very unhealthy.
I’d rather have that brownie.
Just get right back on track. You already know you shouldn’t have so move forward!
