So… For about the 5th day in a row, after my workout, I feel like poo. Stomach turning almost summersaults, but when I drink my BPC it subsides. Would the best fix be injesting fat preworkout OR salting my water (or both)? I workout fasted typically. Was doing ok until about a week ago.
They need keeping on top Of throughout the day on a daily basis. Even nearly 3 years in I have pink himalayan salt in my water, take epsom salt baths, eat avacados and use a mag spray. Once you start adding them religiously you’ll feel so much better.
