So… For about the 5th day in a row, after my workout, I feel like poo. Stomach turning almost summersaults, but when I drink my BPC it subsides. Would the best fix be injesting fat preworkout OR salting my water (or both)? I workout fasted typically. Was doing ok until about a week ago.

Try upping electrolytes as well… Not just for the workout, but just in general. I struggled with it for months at the beginning!

So probably fully fat adapted? You ask if you should salt your water. Do you not currently do that or keep on top of your electrolytes?? That an essential thing to do.

They need keeping on top Of throughout the day on a daily basis. Even nearly 3 years in I have pink himalayan salt in my water, take epsom salt baths, eat avacados and use a mag spray. Once you start adding them religiously you’ll feel so much better.

Drink your fat before workout and eat some small protein like an egg.

Runner’s diarrhea is a common thing, but I don’t recall a treatment that seems to work for everybody. I know a good strategy was instead of sipping during your workout, you stop and drink a cup or two then continue the workout.
