So guys I have another question!! Do you guys do extra cardio or any other exercise along with the exercises that are suggested?
I play roller derby on Tuesday and Thursday
I do 2 sometimes 3 of the dance videos through out the day. I also do an hour and a half on my exercise bike and 30 mins on my elliptical. Plus, my job requires me to walk about 4 miles a shift.
I have belly dance class 1 night a week and go to the gym 3-4 nights a week with my daughters
Yes for variety. I do Hip Hop Ab workouts plus walking the parking structure at work .
No extra cardio, but I work out with weights 4-5 days a week.
