Everything you read is correct. It depends on alot of factors. Eat like you were told to get in your protien goal and vitamins and gently push your limits. Take a walk and try To go 2 mins more than you did last time little gains are easier to upkeep
It took me 5 days before I wasn’t in pain. Then I was walking 2 miles!
I went back to work in 1 week, desk job, but tired when I got home.
If you me job is very active meaning walking , standing etc you will be tired by the time you have to go home. So rest when you can. Energy will be there just depends what you are doing
