So I had a doctor’s appointment today because my hands have been getting numb. It’s been pretty consistent with happening just when I wake up but recently has been getting more frequent and happening during workouts. In addition to that, I’ve had some tingling going on with my hands and also tongue/lips. Also some dizziness. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I found out I am allergic to wheat which is sorta why I transitioned over to eating more of a keto lifestyle. My doctor said I could have some kind of vitamin deficiency going on. They did some blood work today. He is also sending me for an MRI as well as EMG to check to see if it’s Carpal Tunnel. Hoping someone on here can somewhat relate. My anxiety has been through the roof lately and this is not helping!

I have a lot of numbness in my arms especially while sleeping. In my case it’s due to some injuries I’m being treated for. The doctor says eventually it will go away as I get stronger and heal.

I’ve been battling this same thing for a while now. Is your numbness isolated to one side or both? If both it’s most likely neurological and can be cause from inflammation.
I removed all grains from my diet and removed dairy for a few months while take Vit D and B-12. My hands now rarely go numb. If I go rogue and have sugar I feel it come back.

B-12 deficiency is a possibility. I have the same thing and have been tested through the roof. I cannot absorb B-12 for some reason.
