So I have clients I hold accountable and now it’s time for yall to hold me accountable and see my transformation. Wife is pregnant so I did a dirty bulk with mostly clean foods but junk too lol. I didn’t do any cardio and i must say, walking up stairs I get sort of winded. Im.the heaviest I ever been at 229lbs. As most of u kno, i am a physique competitor, but this current prep is just to get lean for summer. So my numbers from last competition. I was 5 9.5, 171 lbs with about 6 to 7% bodyfat. Today I am 229lbs with 26% bodyfat. Ill post my bp, and rhr numbers this week. So those of you who didnt have anyone to lose with you, here I am. I can post pics of how i prep, exercise whatever u need.. I’ll post what I looked like last summer also in the comments. Is there anything you’d like to see ? Or know?

workouts will be q little more adv.. then q beginner .. but someone who lifts often would do around the same thing

Pretty much any lean meat. Any green vegetable, rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, kodiak cakes
