 I thought weightlifting was more for those who desire muscle mass and toning.
I thought cardio and eating right was the main two to lose weight along with some strength training

you’ll lose weight with just cardio but if you add weight lifting to your workouts you will tone up as well

I’ve been a fan of Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge body… I thought it was full of crap, but she has a diverse group of trainers with different philosophies especially about nutrition and training… I wasn’t originally a fan of Simone who does no weight lifting but her clients have had a lot of success, I guess she’s like Tracy Anderson who don’t believe in weightlifting. I really like it now Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge body

BBS Body by Simone has proved that ! However I prefer to lift weights but everybody’s body is different and they respond differently… I love the show it’s now my new obsession!
