Agreed to a certain extent. If you are into weights then yeah but if you’re not then you don’t NEED it.

I’ve been a fan of Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge body… I thought it was full of crap, but she has a diverse group of trainers with different philosophies especially about nutrition and training… I wasn’t originally a fan of Simone who does no weight lifting but her clients have had a lot of success, I guess she’s like Tracy Anderson who don’t believe in weightlifting. I really like it now Khloe Kardashian’s Revenge body

I thought weightlifting was more for those who desire muscle mass and toning.
I thought cardio and eating right was the main two to lose weight along with some strength training
