So I restarted alpha today! I work at a job that requires me sitting for most of my 12hr shift – 3 days a week. I have put on 16lbs due to this and my bad eating habits. I want to lose it again! What kind of things did you guys eat and snack I’m? That’s my biggest hurdle is my weakness for sweets!
I also sit for my entire 12 hour shift. I am currently starting carb cycling. Low carb days and high carb days. And for sweets, I packed rice cakes and put nut butter on them. I also do raspberries with some chocolate chips. I find a lot of my foods on Pinterest.
I’m struggling with my sit down job too, recently I completely stopped eating at my desk, if I want a snack I have to sit in the kitchen, without my phone or distractions, I realize now how much I eat out of boredom, not sure if that’s feasible for your job but it’s helpful if you can!
