So I started yesterday and have been tracking my food with Senza app. I’m noticing I’m not getting enough fat and I’m over in protein by a small bit. What foods u guys can suggest that’ll help?

Cook with avacado or olive oil. Also cream cheese is awesome to add fat.

Salami. Smear cream cheese and wrap around either cheddar cheese or a pickle…..uhm bacon wrapped pickles with cream cheese and cheddar dip.

I eat bacon in the mornings and save my bacon grease to cook with. It helped me up my fat. And I’ve been eating tuna and egg salad. The mayo has a lot of fat.
