To burn calories,you need oxygen in you tissues….to have oxygen you need to eat an alkaline diet. Grains, meat, dairy are all acidic. Veggies and fruit are alkaline. Make sure eat more alkaline than acidic. The part of you that actually burns calories is your muscles…if you are not getting adequate protein, the muscles can’t efficiently burn calories
Numbers can be discouraging. The battle is half over once you start doing the right things for yourself. Diet, exercise . Small changes will make a huge impact.
