So I’m finding that this woe/lifestyle requires layers of adding in the right practices/supplements to optimize the benefits. This week I have been working on electrolytes. Other than on your food, can you guys share with me how much and how your get your salt in your bodies? I have the pink salt, natural calm and am waiting on my NoSalt to arrive from Amazon. Is it a part of your daily routine as preventative or only when you feel the lacking? I have definitely felt the lacking and am a believer in the necessity of this practice. Teach me more!
I use Lyte Balance. Prep a gallon jug of water in the morning, add the Lyte Balance, and work my way through it. Avocado and leafy greens, magnesium Malate supplement, and I use a lot of salt on my food too, in addition to adding some to my morning MCT shake post exercise.
