So I’m getting a lil annoyed I’ve been working out faithfully for the past couple weeks eating right nd counting calories and really haven’t dropped any weight. I feel good and may have dropped a few inches but not sure. The only reason I haven’t gotten discouraged yet is becuase I do like working out! Any thoughts?
have measured, and I’ve lost 2 inches on my waist this month, but my weight hasn’t gone down at all, which is super frustrating.
I’ve counted my calories and compared them to the calories I consumed in January of last year.
My average daily calorie intake last year for January was 1800, with zero calorie output from working out (and I didn’t gain weight that month, I actually lost 4lbs)
My average daily calorie intake for January this year was 1100, with about 350 daily calorie output from working out.
But somehow I haven’t lost any weight? I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. This is crazy to me.
