So I’m getting a lil annoyed I’ve been working out faithfully for the past couple weeks eating right nd counting calories and really haven’t dropped any weight. I feel good and may have dropped a few inches but not sure. The only reason I haven’t gotten discouraged yet is becuase I do like working out! Any thoughts?

have measured, and I’ve lost 2 inches on my waist this month, but my weight hasn’t gone down at all, which is super frustrating.

I’ve counted my calories and compared them to the calories I consumed in January of last year.
My average daily calorie intake last year for January was 1800, with zero calorie output from working out (and I didn’t gain weight that month, I actually lost 4lbs)

My average daily calorie intake for January this year was 1100, with about 350 daily calorie output from working out.

But somehow I haven’t lost any weight? I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. This is crazy to me.

2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
1tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup water (room temp)

There are other factors that contribute to weight loss, adequate sleep, stress reduction and harmone balance. When you don’t get results from diet and exercise you have to begin to look at the other areas

Sleep plenty, Drink plenty of water, 1/2 your body weight in oz a day. Also make sure your not cutting calories too low. And watch your macros.

I use lose it app. I am on the nutribullet diet. Plus i do 2 days once a month it work cleanse. I just started i lose 2.6 lbs in 2 days. I am on day 3. Havent lose any thing. With lose it app it drops calories every weighf u lose.
