I would honestly come me off of this diet unless it’s been prescribed by a medical professional. Screw the diet mentality and instead make a lifestyle change – eat in a 250-500 calorie deficit, make healthier food choices and exercise regularly – forget the lemons
I am on day 5 and lost 1.5 lbs, this is more difficult than i thought! Takes me about an hour to drink it and makes my tummy hurt! But thruought the day i dont feel as hungry and i seem to be less bloated! I wish i had taken a before pic! I hope its all worth it, cant wait to get over the hump tomorrow! Good luck to u!
