our body systematically will have lulls in weight loss. Your body wants to bulk and cut to not loose muscle. So it might be best to stay around same weight for a few weeks. ….but if you don’t want to, introduce body to new stimuli, slightly less calories and when you work out, do things your body isn’t used to
