So, many people come to a stall and wonder whats wrong. Well, lets define a stall first. If youve been the same weight for a few weeks… or better yet same bodyfat % (bodyfat %) would be a way better indicator for a few weeks, then you have been stalling. A stall does NOT count as a stall, if you simply have been missing workouts or not eating good. Thats not a stall, thats lack of discipline. When you truly STALL..gotta see why and what can be done. You may need to go UP in calories, you may need to go down. You may need more cardio On top of weights. You may need more fat in your diet. I dont know, everyone is different. But one thing you gotta know.. YOu need to know your current calorie intake…or close to it. You cant say , i eat between 1500-2200 calories. That doesnt help give you advice. You CANT say..i eat under 1600 calories a day. THat doesnt help either.. That could be 1599 or 750. If you REALLY want to get to where you want to be and look like how you really want to look, your going to have to stop being lazy. Not just in the workouts, in TRACKING your meals. If you have a meal plan follow the meal plan or substitute with items around the same calories or macros. If your doing it on your own Track your foods… IF u want help…you should be able to say…I am this tall, i weigh this amount, i do this for my workouts, i eat this amount of calories a day on average… Gotta help yourself before anyone else can. Or you will get GENERIC, encouraging answers like….You got this…Just keep going. Your on the right track. ….WELL YOU MAY NOT BE ON THE RIGHT TRACK. I WILL NOT SAY YOUR ON THE RIGHT TRACK WITHOUT KNOWING EVERYTHING YOUR DOING. Again…a stall is when your consistent with your food and exercise and theres been no change. Those will happen, but it is NOT a stall if you havent been eating good…thats lack of discipline. GOod morning
